The Worldwide Mi-17 Training Leader

Concord XXI has assembled the finest collection of training aids, simulators, and instructors existing in the world today. We are the world’s leading western-style Mi-17 training company. Since training our first Mi-17 air and ground crews from the US Air Force in October 2000, we have continually improved training processes with each class, and have achieved customer satisfaction that is second to none.

Almost 1,000 western aircrews and maintenance personnel have passed through our doors in the last decade. US Air Force, US Army, Royal Air Force, Canadian Forces, Afghan Ministry of Interior, numerous South American nations, and many, many more from around the world have trained with us.

Our newly established Daleville Training Facility right outside the gates of Fort Rucker, Alabama is a state of the art training center. We train both aircrew and maintenance personnel. Whether you are corporate or military, we will put together a training course reflecting your organization’s needs. We will keep you proficient and safe.

More than just Aircrew

Our comprehensive Mi-17 maintenance technician training covers all topics needed to create a superior line-maintenance technician. Our highly experienced director of maintenance training has been taking care of Mi-17s in the field for over 30 years. Our close working relationships with OEM-certified major overhaul facilities enable us to deliver accurate, up-to-date training that pays off in greater mission reliability for military customers, and a healthier bottom line for corporate operators.

Focus on Safety with Superior Training Aids

Our mission is training, and we focus on safe mission accomplishment. We operate the most advanced and versatile Level D Mi-17 Full Flight Simulator in the world today. Its 6 degrees of freedom, pneumatic motion system, six-camera visual system, and 270 degree field of view (including chin windows) augment the incredible realism of four distinct databases, including maritime and Afghanistan. We are the manufacturer’s sole western distributor, enabling us to have direct reach-back for continuous improvements. Our sophisticated software allows practice of all emergency procedures in any weather conditions, and the hot/high and brownout conditions are specifically designed with forward-operating crews in mind.

Our maintenance training aids consist of an actual helicopter accompanied by test sets and additional major components that allow students to perform all maintenance functions, including towing the aircraft.

Western training philosophy coupled with state-of-the-art training devices equals the Concord XXI advantage.
